Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clothing that has been worn, washed, or with removed tags
  • Parts that have been installed or used
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Clearance or final sale items (will be marked as such)

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please use the template below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Nashville facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same process as returns
  2. Include a note specifying the desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process the return

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Customers: Note that any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable
